How long does a sofa or couch take to dry after cleaning?
Drying depends on the upholstery material, filling, ventilation and conditions in your home. Fabric can look darker while it is damp after extraction. We explain the drying and aftercare needed for your sofa before we leave; wait until it is dry before using it again.
Will every stain and odour come out?
Not every mark can be removed. Results depend on the material, what caused the stain, how long it has been there and any products already used. Wear, dye loss and damage need different treatment from dirt. Send photos and tell us about the problem so we can discuss likely results before the visit.
How should I prepare for a sofa clean?
