Bigger properties & full kitchens
Extra carpet rooms are £25 each beyond the first two, double ovens add £20, and sofas or mattresses can join the same visit. We can also deep clean the whole kitchen for checkout: cupboards inside, underneath and on top, the fridge stripped and cleaned, and the washing machine reveal brought back to move-in condition. Whole changeovers typically land between £200 and £300, fixed before we start.

Oven and carpets are usually done in a single visit of a few hours, and carpets are dry the same day. With notice we can often work between checkout and check-in.
Do you work directly with letting agents and landlords?

How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?
Our Changeover Bundle is £150 for the single oven plus carpets in up to two rooms, done in one visit. Booked separately the same work costs £170, extra rooms are £25 each and mattresses £30 to £40, so a whole 3-bed usually lands between £200 and £250. Every price is fixed before we start, and there is never a deposit.
What is the agent re-clean guarantee?
It is included free with every Changeover Bundle. If your landlord or letting agent is not happy with the oven or the carpets at checkout, we come back and put it right at no charge.
